bocad-3D Prefabricated House is designed for manufacturers of prefabricated houses and producers of wall, ceiling and roof units in timber and sheet metal. This programme provides you with tools to produce houses and objects for commercial and industrial construction.

bocad-3D Prefabricated House provides you with automated support for generating wall, ceilings and roof units. The types are entered into catalogues in advance, with the layer structure, connection and construction details. bocad can also adapt all the details to your company's specific requirements. The building model can be imported from architecture programmes. Standard houses are imported via the clipboard and adapted to specifications. The walls are installed and the openings for the windows and doors are positioned. If a wall collides with a roof area, it is automatically cut to size. After slabs and pillars have been allocated, further functions provide the user with support for processing coverings, joist clearances, installation openings, determining the points for wall hanging, inserting steel supports etc. Provision is made for electrics and sanitary fixtures in the wall and ceiling modules by additional woods and milled / drilled holes. For the roof and ceiling panels, the areas are produced with the openings and the elements are implemented with the requisite crossings. Roofing tiles, gutters, down-pipes and other roofing accessories are inserted into the roof construction for the appraisal.

The option of displaying the building using unlimited views and cross sections provides you with the best possible overview at each stage of construction. Clearly represented drawings for individual components and elements, with the requisite views, cross sections, drawing borders, parts lists, dimension lines and text fields, are produced automatically by bocad-3D.

The multi-wall function optimises all elements of one type to a set length. All the processing steps are saved together with the project and can thus be cancelled or restored using the undo / redo function in bocad-3D - even days later. Established interfaces are used to exchange data with other CAD systems. The package can be upgraded with optional interfaces to CNC machines, e.g. joining systems, panel cutting saws or machining centres.
