The bocad-3D Edition Stahlbau (Steel Construction) summarises any kind of steel construction based on an independent CAD system bocad -3D into one package without any restriction of the number of components and connection means.
The delivery includes expandable libraries for all standard steel profiles and connections means as well as for sheets, trapeze profiles and different purlin systems. In over 20 years, new practical construction methods of framework edges, beam connections (also according to DSTV), bracings, column bases and sub construction for facades have come into existence.
Even complicated individual constructions can simply be produced and controlled by collision and installation practicality tests. According to the customer’s specific rules centre punches are set and a comparison with the necessary flat material is executed. The allocation to production lines and items of technical specification and prices enables a universal data flow for the production planning and control (PPC).
Since bocad does not distinguish between models and revising of drawings, all graphics and measures are anytime available.
All production records and NC data are produced automatically and can be controlled. Moreover, the NC data of each part can be graphically compared with the individual drawing parts.
