The bocad – 3D Edition Glas (Glass) summarizes all aspects of constructions with glass based on an independent CAD/CAM system bocad – 3D in a package solution without any restriction of the number of components and connection means.
The delivery includes expandable libraries for different profile systems (e.g. HUECK, SCHÜCO, STABA Wuppermann), sheet metal and connection means.
Based on the profile manufacturer, catalogues and experiences of the users of bocad-3D, a big variety of construction methods for posts/bolt and connection construction came into existence.
Even complicated, individual and dimensional constructions can simply be produced and controlled.
Since bocad-3D does not distinguish between models and revising of drawings, all graphics and measures are anytime available.
The drawings are the strength of bocad-3D Edition Glas (Glass). The rationalization potential is considerable particularly through the strongly reduced revision of the drawings. The time and cost factors in the construction office and in the work preparation are restricted to a minimum by automated detail drawings and bill of materials.
The lists for cutting glass are very early available for orders. The project handling time reduces drastically.
It is not necessary to assemble the model in the factory or to measure the holes because construction errors can immediately be recognised in the model.
