Since the time of its foundation, customers have always asked bocad to summarize constructional details in form of parameters and to adjust them to the required standards of the companies. The result of this was one of the most detailed libraries of methods in the area of steel construction. This library is still today continuously expanded and comprises for the time being more than 100 detailed solutions in the form of parameters.
In order to give a better overview to the designer, the construction methods were grouped in the categories beams/connections of beams, haunches, extension, construction of roof&wall, corner plates, bracings and special constructions.
In the construction methods, the DSTV connections are also selectable if it makes sense.
Models show descriptively how every construction method can be used. In a preview window, the methodically executed construction is presented in different perspectives so that before taken it over in the real construction, tests and modifications can be carried out.
Every construction method can be stored with different parameter sentences.
Therefore, efficiently working company standards are created with each user.
