Metal 57 – Boulogne-Billancourt, France:
The complete deconstruction of the metal framework and parts of the old industrial hall required careful planning. New buildings were constructed while preserving parts of the existing structures, integrating modern regulations into the project.
ADVANTAGES
The project involved the reconversion and extension of an old industrial building, including full deconstruction of parts of the structure and new construction on eight levels (R+8), integrating the old roof structures scanned in 3D to ensure compliance with modern regulations.
