S&C Poland: Growth through new customers, AVEVA reseller partnership, university cooperations

The digitalisation specialist SCHULLER&Company (S&C) is continuing its successful growth trajectory in Poland. Following the acquisition of the BIM software bocad in 2022, S&C started with five specialists for the Polish market at the Ostrów Wielkopolski site. Today, almost two years later, the company employs 11 people and is recording increasing sales thanks to new customers. In addition, S&C has been an authorised AVEVA Unified Engineering Solution Provider & Reseller in Poland since this year. By cooperating with universities, S&C provides practical training for junior staff and thus secures the future skilled labour base for the company. S&C's mission is to optimise the entire lifecycle of assets and buildings, helping industrial companies achieve their sustainability goals through digital transformation as and drive their own growth.
In November 2022, the family-owned company SCHULLER&Company founded the location in Ostrów Wielkopolski with a team of five experienced specialists to guarantee Polish customers service and technical support after the takeover of bocad - many Polish companies have been using bocad since 1998. Since December 2022, the customer base has continued to grow, thanks to Poland's positive economic development and S&C's clear focus on future-oriented software solutions and excellent service. New customers include groups such as KGHM, Andrewex Construction, SPIE - Elbud and small and medium-sized companies and engineering firms.

AVEVA Solution Provider & Reseller Poland + digital twin solution
This year, SCHULLER&Company has expanded its portfolio in Poland to include solutions for plant engineering: Since May 2024, S&C is an official AVEVA Unified Engineering Solution Provider and Reseller for Poland. In addition, S&C combines the performance of AVEVA products with SC add-ons and its own SC products through in-house developments to complete the digital twin. As a solution provider, S&C offers the complete package for optimised solutions over the entire life cycle of a system, from consulting and sales through to implementation and staff training.
Expansion of the developer team for company-specific solutions
The team has now been expanded to four developers to meet the growing needs of customers and the expanded portfolio. Plant operators and the construction industry can count on customised solutions. The strength of the S&C team lies in its many years of experience with AVEVA products combined with a deep understanding of customer needs. This enables S&C to improve plant performance and make companies' engineering processes more efficient.
bocademy: Co-operation with universities and industry
For SCHULLER&Company, the promotion of young talent and close contact with users and industry is the key to innovation and securing skilled bocad labour - the future of the industry. To promote young talent, SCHULLER&Company now cooperates with five universities under the umbrella of the bocademy: the Technical Universities of Wroclaw, Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Kalisz and Poznan. More than 350 prospective engineers have taken part in the bocad programme of training and practical experience with insights into companies and specific projects.
Through our cooperation with universities, we are training young talents in a practical way, thus ensuring the future supply of skilled bocad workers for companies. For the first time in November, we are organising an event with a unique experiment in cooperation with the Wroclaw University of Technology, the company KGHM and the Konkret student research group,' says Marcin Torz, Country Manager Poland, SCHULLER&Company.
Further regions to follow
SCHULLER&Company has plans to further expand its portfolio into other regions.
