CHALLENGES
La Samaritaine in Paris, France:
Complete renovation and construction of the metallic framework across the entire site, with high technical expertise in hot riveting and working between existing structures and new elements. Precise division of construction sections, including a three-level link bridge between buildings and a glass roof over Jourdan Hall. The project required coordination of complex deliveries, work schedules, and limited access in a densely urban, highly trafficked area.
ADVANTAGES
Managing construction in a confined, high-traffic urban area with limited access, complex delivery schedules, and neighboring buildings. Reinforcing old structures while installing new ones required replacing heavy structural columns and temporary supports. High-precision work was necessary under tight construction deadlines and technical requirements.
